Sierra Land Solutions provided engineering design services, hydrology analysis and preparation of construction plans for Northstar Welk Resorts which includes pedestrian plazas, accessible sidewalks, sitework grading, retaining walls, roadway, parking and drainage improvements. SLS worked with project architects on the Welk project and other projects at Northstar Village to create a festive pedestrian friendly environment for residential, commercial and resort uses.
