We specialize in practical solutions to environmental assessment, hydrologic analysis, landform grading, site design / integrated into the natural landscape, Green Infrastructure and Low Impact Development (LID) design approach to drainage.   Sierra Land Solutions staff is knowledgable and experienced in LEED certification and compliance during project design and construction phases.  We bring value to projects with quality design and a genuine understanding that there is always something more to learn and apply with each unique project.

Typical challenges to be overcome on a project include site constraints, regulatory requirements, environmental impacts / opportunities and the process of successfully implementing the plan.   We focus on solutions to these issues and keeping the project on schedule and within budget.  We enjoy collaborating with others to develop a plan that integrates sustainable design with latest technologies but is also feasible to construct, operate and maintain.    We believe that an integrated and coordinated technical approach is the most effective when there is synergy and collaboration with owners, end users, community, politicians and other professionals.
