The project includes recreation-oriented accommodation: Miner\u2019s Tents (tents with real beds and electricity), serviced RV parking spots and \u201cPitch-Your-Own-Tent\u201d Campsites.&nbsp;&nbsp; Site development also includes a communal office\/recreation building, pool, garage\/shop buildings and bathroom\/ shower buildings.&nbsp;&nbsp; Civil design includes on-site and off-site infrastructure, sitework improvements, grading, dry utilities, water, sewer, storm drain and roadway improvements. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also provided civil engineering design services for masterplan improvements at the Salvation Army Camp Del Oro located near Lake Vera.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Various projects have included road widening, fire service improvements and site improvements for a Gymnasium and four Lodge Buildings.&nbsp; Civil design included roadway, parking, pedestrian plazas, accessible sidewalks, sitework grading, retaining walls, water, wastewater, utility infrastructure, and drainage improvements.&nbsp;
